We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • The product is defective

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 6 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video proof

  • Product mockups and previews are for visual purposes only
  • Final products may vary slightly due to:
    • LED cutting points
    • Bending limitations
    • Wiring placement

These differences are not considered defects.

Separately from shipping damage, every poster's LED and remote are covered by a 1-year Performance Guarantee, see full terms on the product page. This guarantee does not extend the 6-day window above for shipping damage claims.
